VOC-Verification of Conformity

services-img
What does VOC stand for? The verification of conformity service includes verifying that goods meet national standards or an equivalent international standard. Simultaneously, it also motivates importers and exporters to recognize the importance of following rules and regulations and the advantages it brings. For one-time or initial shipments, importers must follow the standard shipment procedure: providing necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulations, or having the goods tested at an authorized laboratory.

The package will undergo a physical inspection to confirm that the paperwork matches the items and no discrepancies are identified. Regular shipments can either be processed through registration or licensing.

What advantages are provided?
  • Protect consumers from hazardous, low-quality, or fake items.
  • Assure the buyer that the items shipped are the ones they ordered.
  • Improve trade operations by identifying existing proof of conformity to prevent unnecessary extra testing.
  • Adhere to the guidelines set forth by the World Trade Organization's "Technical Barriers to Trade" agreement.
  • Protect the domestic market from the unfair competition of low-quality imports.
  • Enhance the surroundings.
  • Improve the standard of goods being exported.
